You can have the generator if you can get the top off in 10 seconds with a cordless drill and screw extractor :R (guess you meant impact socket set). The bolts that you see have lock nuts on the inside of the box. Your cordless drill would loosen the bolt 1/4 turn then spin. Sorry to burst your bubble.:)
The point was out of sight out of mind. Besides 95% of crooks are opportunists they don't carry cordless drills with the right size of socket on them. Cordless grinder with cutting disc might get through the lock in a minute or two.
