Thanks for all of the info and thoughts. I am aware that the 6500 is a lot and weighs a bit more than the 3000. I was also looking at using it as a unit for power failure at home. Getting ready to build another house and the wife is demanding a unit for the house. So not sure if she wants a permanent mount gen or a portable. I hear from the dealer that they could install a "relay" that would help in the cold start of the generator. With that being said I am going to you guys the pros for insight. This is my first time out with a TT and power. My experience limited me to no power, no tent unless I was lucky and air was something we breathed and not turned on..compliments of the good ole US Army....thanks in advance..
