hooking up Big Red Campfire

Thinking about buying a BR Campfire. My TT has a connection under the side next to awning for hookup Of my gas grill. I never use it as I prefer to use the grill on a picnic table etc.

Anyway, was wondering if the BR Campfire might work off this connection. Don't know what you call it but it has a o ring type connection, not a screw on. Would adding a 10-12 foot hose extention make a difference in gas flow?

BR Campfire is 138.00 currently on Amazon. Is that a good price?
