Ten amperes going to nothing but the refrigerator sounds fishy. You may have pulled the "Refrigerator Fuse" at the panel but there's no guarantee that something additional hasn't been leeching power from this circuit. Something that is connected to the chassis frame and not connected to the negative battery wire circuit. For instance connect your ammeter inline with the NEGATIVE ground wire feeding the refrigerator. Does it read 10-amps? I doan theenk so. What other goodies are connected back there? Surely not the controller to the panels I hope.
