Only remote idea I have is a winterizing check valve at the back of the water heater.

If you disconnect HOT line at fitting for Kitchen Faucet......put it in a bucket and turn on Water Supply bet you get HOT water.

If so......faucet is junk
Same for shower

Is it possible the hot and cold are switched at the shower? Grasping for straws here. No idea about the kitchen sink.

Is your hot water bypass not fully in the un-bypassed setup? You could get varying temperatures of hot water with the bypass not properly set based on the pressure drops etc. between the heater and the faucet.

If it's a water heater with a mixer valve on the output side, it may be worthwhile to check that the mixer valve is functioning properly, as well.

Is this a new RV? We generally assume a system was known to work correctly previously. If it is new and never worked correctly it could be a lot of things.

BTW, when asking any questions it is handy for us to know what you have. Either a signature or the information in your profile would help.

Brand 2016 Lance tc. Some info came from the loa. Saying the factory installed the faucet shower mixer wrong. And showed a fix. But that still wont take care of the gally sink. Have a service call next week.But will not take it back to the dealer i got it from
