House batteries not up to ah rating

Went out and rewired the cable per Pianotuna's diagram. Had that setup many years ago, but makes it difficult to pull batteries to check acid levels.
Started up the charge wizard converter/charger. Still down 60.3 amps and Xantrex Battery Monitor says it's charging at 13.1 volts/24.6amps in boost mode. I assume as the amps drop the voltage will increase to 14.4 volts.
In a day or so, I will break out the solar panels and equalize the batteries
