If you go to Interstates website, you can see the AH capacity depends on the draw.
At 5 Amp draw it is rated 16.4 hours = 82 AH capacity
At 25 Amp draw it is rated 2.3 hours = 57.5 AH capacity
Amp Hour ratings used to usually be the 20 hour rating. BUT now you need to do a lot of reading to see what you are getting, lots of companies are advertising readings on different draws.
I have a pair of no-name 6V GC batteries, rated 300 AH, nowhere can I find at what hour rate that is (I suspect its the 100 hour rating). In real life, I'm sure they are really about 220 AH at the 20 rating.
