Hi,
Because there is not enough voltage being applied to the batteries. I would aim at 16 volts, making sure that the battery is NOT connected to the RV.
Given the past sins, I would not attempt to "recover" them wired in parallel. Do each battery by itself this time.

The Xantrex battery monitor says I am still down 5 amps from the 60 I was originally.
Why, is the charging systems taking longer than I would expect to fully recharge the batteries?
