I will take a wild stab, as my Wal-Mart special group 24 FAKE deep cycle battery sits at 12.73V, but again, that varies with the ambient air temperature also, so it's somewhat meaningless. Plus it takes some time for the surface charge after fully charging to dissipate, like a day or so.
