NinerBikers loaned me his 16v charger and away I go. Did an equalizing charge on both batteries with little or no improvement of SG. NinerBikers suggested doing it each day for a few days and look for improvement. Stubborn!
PianoTuna, my 30 watt solar panel is putting out too high a voltage to use directly on batteries. The output is like 17.5v. Does it go down if attached to the battery? I haven't tried actually hooking it up.
