Won't work right, won't last, hard to charge, warranty's a hassle. This is why I refuse to select "bargain" batteries" if I have a choice - THEY END UP COSTING ME FAR TOO MUCH MONEY.
If the vendor is ignorant of how to go about determining whether a battery is bad or not, and has no facilities to charge and test the battery, then I am even more ignorant than they for buying a battery there.
