The Trojan is definitely better but the EPA regulations has made good USA batteries pricey as hell.
Might as well bite the bullet and go for a pair of T-105 batteries. Trojans in the maroon case with embossed Trojan name right on the case. Shop hard. Call a golf course and ask them where they buy their Trojan batteries.
Questionable economics: Some people go to Vegas, Reno or Atlantic City. They'll dump three grand on a******table or 21 table then --- and moan about restaurant prices. Instead of spending twenty dollars per person and getting good food, a tablecloth and cloth napkins, they insist on waiting in line 45 minutes to access the casino chow hall to save ten dollars. You'll find this kind of mentality recommending the fitment of cheap batteries into an eighty thousand dollar recreational vehicle. The fact that the DW is chasing them round and round the rig with a skillet at eleven PM because the lights went out on the middle of their vacation is all figured in their carefully crafted economic model of saving sixty dollars a battery. When they return home they will with great indignation, immediately go to the competing discount place. That'll learn 'em!
