Extract 2-dips from each cell. Dissolve 1-heaping tablespoon of magnesium sulfate in the liquid. Stir well - no lumps. Do this cell-by-cell. When finished, rock the battery 45 degrees back & forth 25 times. This will help dissolve the film on the plates and restore permeability. Magnesium sulfate Epsom Salts only work when such a process as this has been employed.
But let's see how fast or not, how easily those batteries get out of balance again. That's the tough part.
