For your application only... I'd find a way to get 15.3 to 15.4V all day long from your solar panels, every single day, on those batteries, because they REALLY need it.
Plan on another full massaging of these batteries when you get back in 6 or 7 days, probably not as severe as this go round, but address it immediately upon getting home, don't let them sit in that condition with low SG on any cells, they need to be stored equalized between trips for maximum life.
