It may take weeks of 24 hour charging at 14.6 volts to get those 1.260 cells up to where they belong at 1.280.
Go online to AMAZON.COM
Query for DC DC voltage booster 600 watt.
4 wires to connect. Two in and two out. Clearly marked.
Connect in to any 12 volt voltage power source.
STOP! You need to set the output voltage with the tiny set screw atop the little blue block. So do this using your voltmeter. The booster dos not need to be connected to anything but the power SOURCE while doing this. There needs to be around a 2-volt spread between incoming and outgoing voltage. The gizmo therefore will not boost from 13 volts incoming to 14 volts outgoing. But it will boost to 14.8 volts or higher.
Set the voltage to 15.0
Then connect the gizmo wires to the battery to be charged.
Just don't connect the polarity backwards.
This gizmo trades amperage for voltage. About 85 to 90% efficient.
