House batteries not up to ah rating

Sat morning update. No change in SG across all cell, 1.260-1.265 . 12.99 volts on each battery.
On 30 watt solar without controller. Tried on one battery, volts climbed to over 17.5. Removed and hooked up to both batteries in parallel. Now 15.46 at 1.2 amps. 100watt solar when attached to one battery was 14.67v and 0.0 amps. As mentioned above, now both together on 30watt.
