House batteries not up to ah rating

Well, with the help of MW, I have the B battery on the 100 watt solar in repetitive equalization 2 hour cycles. It's up to almost 16 volts at 15.93volts and 1.2amps . I have checked the water level each cycle and still full. The SG is climbing now slowly. There are a few more cells at 1.270-1.275.
The A battery is currently still in the MH being charged with the Intelli-power charge wizard at 14.3 volts and less than .1 amp. So far it has gone up 1.72ah since last night. according to the Xantrex battery monitor.
