House batteries not up to ah rating

I have been keeping track on a log of Volts, SG, Temperature and comments like how it's hooked up.
Battery B is back on solar equalization for it's first 2 hour run. Amps were high at 5.5 when attached and volts are 15.85. Volts are rising and amps are falling. Yesterday, the amps were really going into the battery, probably another 5-10amps. Bringing it up to or near the 100% mark.
Battery A is getting a minimal charge on house converter charger.
UPDATE now B is 16.07volts at 1.3amps. Charge away!!!
