House batteries not up to ah rating

Wednesday evening, the batteries are all up to 12.99 volts and 1.270-1.280 SG. Haven't seem any improvement in 2 days. It's been overcast, but the solar panels still say Equalizing at 15.98-16.07volts and 0.7-1.2 amps. Battery B has gotten 2 days of 3 sessions of equalization for 2 hours or 6 ours total each day. Battery A was on 30watt and not getting much 15.45volts and 0.4amps.
Tomorrow, I will hook both up together and use the equalization again to get them in balance with each other. Then back into the MH for sulfating buildup again.
