I got the batteries charged and everything is fine. The Xantrex battery monitor has been set for 140ah for the 2 group 24 batteries. All the number from the volts, amps used, amps charged back and SG and SOC confirm that the AH rating is 70ah per battery, not 84ah. I am home now and tomorrow I will begin trying to remove more sulfation and top off the batteries again to 1,275+ on the SG.
