Yes, absolutely. I have a temperature correcting SG hydrometer and a chart similar to yours for ah capacity vs temperature. I never really go lower than the thirties and recently not below 50. It's been around 60-75 lately when I've checked the batteries.
But your recharging practices while camping are atrocious. Excuses are the nails in the coffin of failure. Get them charged back up first thing in the morning, run the generator, the wife can take a nap later.
