EARTH fixed most of it. When I was playing the part of apprentice junior assistant meterologist as a kid it was normal for a ten thousand square mile area in which I lived to have a minimum of 23 days June - August which reached 100 F. For the last twenty years the temperarure has been decreasing while afternoon westerlies has gone from 3-mph to 11-mph average. California Air Resources Board is taking ALL the credit when in actuality it deserves about ten percent of the credit. Ten million cars with ten percent of the emissions of a million cars of forty years ago is NOT a net reduction. And CO HC & NOX all contribute.
My nine panels used to render 21 amperes in high desert and Baja Mexico clarity and 15.2 amperes in Santa Clarita and Fontana. But that was 30-years ago.
