Just double check and see if your two 6VDC batteries are wired in series and the correct battery terminals are wired correctly. If you sparked the terminal cables when you disconnected the old battery setup it may have blown those fuses also.
This is how to wire two 6VDC Batteries in series.

Then double check and find the word 'NEG' or symbol '-' on the outside 6VDC battery case and make sure this cable goes to the trailer frame ground connection which should be very close to the battery bank. Hand trace the cable...
If you have it connect4ed wrong or did spark the cable earlier than three places may be opened up for you between the converter/charger and your battery bank location. One is a in-line fuse very close to the batteries or this may be a 12VDC circuit breaker. The other location to check is on the 12VDC Distribution Panel and look for two high wattage fuses maybe labeled REVERSE POLARITY. Check and make sure these are ok. Be sure to have the correct polarity accomplished before replacing any of thee fuses otherwise they will just blow again.
The reason we all are pointing in this direction is things worked OK before changing out your batteries. This really points to a wrong polarity setup or sparking the cables when removing the old batteries.
All the things you mentioned above not working are 12VDC items... They need +12VDC coming from the 12VDC Power Distribution Panel.
