actually my heat sucks, badly. the plenum door lever is disconnected, and no force will move it. I have to climb under the dash, pro it open, and close the vacuum door. then, warm air only comes through when I have it set to defrost, and the defrost vents crank that warm air. switch it to heat, and its pitiful.
That would actually work fine, the open contacts aren't too much of a safety issue because it's low voltage. The real problem is you have to remember to flip the switch!
