impeccable. gotta love how open this thing is, everything has like 4 inches between it and the thing near it lol. I traced it, took all of 5 seconds, to a yellow plug under the dash that was hanging. a few inches from it, was a yellow female for it. plugged her in, turned the key on, and there was a click. however, I can't get the meter to light up anymore.
EDIT: I knew this plug was here since bought it, and wondered what it was for but feared just plugging random things in.
