You should be able to find an adaptor for just about any application at a plumbing supply store or in the local plumbing section of a home center.
At an RV supply you can get a sewer cap with a garden hose connector on it to fit your grey tank sewer connection, then run a garden hose from the RV to the clean out to dump your grey tank.
