The issue might be making sure the fan is off before flushing. You may want to put a second fan power switch in the wall inside the bath so you can switch it off just before the flush.
Turning it off will become second nature real quick. You'll only have to forget a couple of times. I speak from experience.
I will install a shower curtain on the inside wall that will slide over the door when showering so if I want to transfer air when the door is closed it can only come from a transfer grill on the wall (right side of the door)
Also I have a porta potty (see new picture), but thanks for the info :)
It's mostly a moisture/humidity control question.
