It is good that it shuts down to protect itself from burning out. I'll bet you have never observed a shutdown.
If you don't tilt, it is unlikely that you will ever exceed 210W into the controller. Temperature and tilt/insolation are major factors.
If you rerun the calculator link above, and set the minimum temp to 40F, you will see the calculator allows your configuration, even accounting for tilting.
The calculator does not account for flat panels. If you factor in flat panels, there is a significant drop in Amps as the sun angle decreases. In colder latitudes, the angular losses will automatically act against the lower temperature increases to keep lower Watts.
