the honda 2000 (at least mine) will run a PD60A ok, with some headroom. Much more and you can run into VA issues with the honda and a PD converter if you try to use the bulk mode charge on a well discharged battery.
It will NOT run on a honda 1000. The 45A is marginal on a 1000.
But also, be aware that the 60A and 14.6V are mutually exclusive. the PD's will put out 60A,or whatever the rated current is but not as the battery gets near full charge and the charging voltage rises to 14.6V. they will put out 60A in the 13V range as the converter is in bulk mode charging and the battery(s) are well discharged and 13 or so volts is all that is needed to stuff 60A or whatever into the battery bank.
BTW I have two PD60's I can parallel to charge my 4 GC batteries and when they are in well discharged I can stuff 120A into them but the voltage is in the high 12's, but that takes either shore power or my honda's pralleled.
In fact, to correctly charge a wet flooded cell battery you want the current to taper as you reach the full charge voltage near 14.6 V
