Not much help there. Doesn't explain how it works. Anyway we still only want the higher number you get from supplied v x a (power into the converter) So the "watts" and "PF" it comes up with don't matter.
road-runner made a good point about quality of AC supply and rms etc. Not sure where "loaded voltage" fits in when taking measurement of supplied v and a.
