How can I tighten a loose screw in fiberglass side?

One of the two screws fastening the range hood vent to the outside of my filon walled RV is loose and the sealant alone cannot keep it from separating from the wall. Tightening the screw doesn't work,...

This is how to fix it- the vent has a large opening, and you really need to remove it for any good fix, so why not fix it right, and for good.
