How common are parks with "cheater" 50amp service?

I have seen more than a few park model trailers with 3000 watt TWO HUNDRED FORTY VOLT water heaters.

And I will not be alive when it happens but when TWO DOLLAR PER kWh power is mandated with strict timer controlled limitations for charging vehicles the bloom will fade on the rose. Think this is fantasy? I feel sorry for you. Younger folks may wish to remember this and throw it into the face of the dreamers.
