I’ve encountered this two times. One was at the Fam amp on kirktland AFB in Albquuerque. Office lady insisted it was 50 amp, but only the receptacle was 50 amps. It even had a sticker on the box that said 30 amps. The other time was in Amarillo TX. in a park owned owned by a local aRV dealer. I was supposedly assigned a 50 amp site. My electrical system said it was only 30 amps. Went to office and told them I’d like to move to the site next to me and try that one. I was informed I would have to move to another section of the park because the rest of the electricity worked the same in that area. I moved, but they never admitted that the area was only 30 amps.
