I worked with a friend on a pre-evaluation of a campground he was considering buying a couple of years ago. One of the realtor's selling points was listed as "Recently upgrade electric". Sure enough in a quick tour of the sites, every one had a brand new 20/30/50 amp box on the post. The conduit coming up from the ground looked a little small though, so at random, I popped a box open. There was a single 6 AWG 120VAC feed tied to the 30 amp breaker and jumpered to the 20 amp breaker and both legs of the 50 amp breaker. For that and other reasons including a failing waste system, my friend passed on the park. I found out awhile later that the park had been sold to an adjoining farm that was only planning to put a few cabins on the property for the farm hands to live in. Presumably with proper wiring and sewage disposal...
