The scraping is a bit tedious but if you commit 30 to 60 minutes to work slow and do a good job you will probably finish sooner than you think. My Fantastic vent came with a gasket and I used self leveling Dicor to make the final seal. Took me two hours start to finish working alone and it is the first time I have done it.
