How do I fix my Keystone slide, they won’t do it!

I realize my RV is almost 10 years old, but if you look at the webpage I created for their customer service, it is fairly obvious that the problem was in the way it was put together. I guess if they ...

Looks like a combination of water intrusion and perhaps stepping on or otherwise using the slide while it's in, which can loosen the floor and pull it loose from the walls.

FWIW, I have made a similar mistake by stepping on the floor while the slide was in and damaging a support part underneath. All my own fault of course.

I'm sorry but after 10 years there's no way I would expect warranty on damage like this.
