How do I fix my Keystone slide, they won’t do it!

I realize my RV is almost 10 years old, but if you look at the webpage I created for their customer service, it is fairly obvious that the problem was in the way it was put together. I guess if they ...

the "floor" of that slide was never walked on, it is the bedroom slide and the floor is inside the bed. The estimate for having the slide removed and fixed is from $1,500 to $2,000. That is why we are looking into trying to fix it ourselves.
