We use them all the time for quick connects for the RO System and the Watering lines to Our Small Garden. they come in a variety of sizes! - YamaDooedExplorerI make sure to release the water pressure first then I use a small adjustable wrench held flat and slide down the hose to depress the ring and make sure to pull hose after depressing ring not before.

- Executive45Explorer IIISee the little collars on the fittings. They need to be pressed in and the hoses will pull right out. If they're hard to press in, push the hose in a bit and they should release....Dennis
