Hi.
What I have done before, and on our current coach, is very carefully scraped any wallpaper that was sticking up, then applied a colored wood putty,
( available at HD or Lowes ) as close to the color of the wallpaper as possible, to fill the holes.
A couple of spots, due to the variation in wallpaper pattern, I used a touch of acrylic paint blended to match the area after the wood putty dried. Works very well.
They are such small areas on usually swirly patterned wallpaper, so unless you really look for it, you cant tell.
