After you charge them back up, check the specific gravity with a hydrometer. You should do that initially, anyway, to see what your baseline SG is. I would bet that you will see a higher SG than specified by Trojan, if your batteries are new.
Without knowing what the parasitic draw total is and not being on scene to monitor temperatures, your measurements could be typical or there may be an issue. No way for anyone but you to tell if the behavior of the batteries is typical or not. Off hand, I'd vote for typical, especially at lower temperatures , as capacity will fall steeply once charge is removed.
