this guy has your answer, I'd take the same measurements on your home's A/C to see if it's cooling correctly.
You misunderstood you want a 20 degree temperature drop across the cooling coil. If your house is at 95 to start you want 75 discharge, start at 75 want a 55 degree discharge. Hopes this helps.
