I wanted to see how many hours people have on their Champion Power Equipment generators.
I own 2 Champions, a 2000w inverter and a 3500/400 conventional, and they seem to be holding up great.
Looking to see who has high hours on theirs and how the reliability has been.
I have 3 years of pretty hard running on my 2000 watt Inverter. No hour meter but I change the oil 3 times a year. Still on the original spark plug and I've cleaned the air filter foam numerous times.
It gets used for camping but it also rides on my quad when I need 110 volt power around the farm for powering power tools in the field winter and summer.
No issues whatsoever, I'm very happy with it. Starts first or second pull and does what it's supposed to, generate electricity and do it quietly.
Having said that, if the HF unit was available when I bought the Champ, I would have bought the HF instead. HF makes some very reliable gas motors.
