How to determine rating of a new converter panel?

If I were to upgrade our basic WFCO converter to one of the good ones like PD, how do you determine the rating to use? 45, 60, 70 or 80 amps? Is bigger better? We don't dry camp and don't discharge...

Why not get one with the same rating as the WFCO you're replacing?

I have to ask though, if you don't dry camp, why do you care what converter you have?
