How to determine rating of a new converter panel?

If I were to upgrade our basic WFCO converter to one of the good ones like PD, how do you determine the rating to use? 45, 60, 70 or 80 amps? Is bigger better? We don't dry camp and don't discharge...

No. 45 amps is plenty unless the RV is especially large or has some high draw 12v equipment like tank heaters.
