Yes, the "problem" is easy to fix. The "magic alarm" is the dealer's scam. Just remove the cover and remove the "alarm" . It takes 2 minutes. the car works perfectly once the once the device is removed,
What do you mean by the cover? I have one on my diesel Cummins RV engine and I want to remove it. Not sure where the cover is.
