How to install a yoga swing in my living room?

My rig is very well-made. Two heavy people can walk on the roof. I figure that much weight can walk on it I can surely hang gently from it. I'm only 125 lbs. A yoga swing is like any other swing. I...

Lag screws into roof cross members.

Any place ceiling panels meet is one place a cross member will be.

Then are they on 16" or 24" Centerlines???

Mfg. would have info

I sure as heck would NOT be going completely thru roof :S
