While not exactly the same thing, I have a wood fired furnace for my home. The two blowers are to be oiled twice a year, but they are buried inside the ductwork behind the furnace. I attached small diameter vinyl tubing to each end of both blowers and routed the tubing up and out. A small pill bottle covers the open ends and it is now a simple matter to squirt oil in each tube. If one needs to disassemble the RV furnace, it might be possible to add tubing.
To clean the residue from motor bearings, bushings, shafts or whatever, try naphtha (lighter fluid).
