a 30 amp outlet continuous duty load is only 24 amps. Monitor voltage and/or wattage if possible. Good luck with winter camping--make sure to winterize the fridge.
Be aware that as voltage drops, so does heat output.
I would upgrade the outlets in the RV before I used a 1500 watt heater. (I replaced all of mine).
I prefer oil filled heaters.
I also camp in the dead of winter in a campground where site rental includes power. However they do have some 50 amp pedestals and I do rent those when they are available.
I do heat 100% electrically and have done so at -37 c (-34 f).
