i wonder IF, by now the OP is regretting the use of the word 'FREE'
im sure she meant the power is included in the 'site rental' and not an extra metered charged
replies get taken to the extreme around here
are we all a bunch of cankerous old senior 'know it all'
where is the logic and the understanding ?
its all fine to point out the dangers, and limitations
its something else to talk about greed, paying, and insinuating thief of service
