RoyB, the bottom image you put up is almost identical to mine, ie no buttons and a cover that shows no obvious way to remove it. It just has 4 brads, not screws on top. I tried inserting my knife in between the top and sides; seems to be a thin rubber gasket there (it's waterproof)--- but I prised until I was afraid it would break off. Afraid to get tougher with it. If I could get in, I suppose there would be a reset lever?
